About Bianca

I've always had a passion for caring for children. From babysitting jobs in high school to my current role as a live-in nanny for the past five and a half years, I've gained experience caring for children from newborns to 13 years old. My creative and imaginative nature, coupled with my patience and calming presence, allows me to connect with children on their level. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method to discuss their child's day or any concerns that arise. While I'm comfortable enforcing household rules, I also believe in fostering a positive and nurturing environment. From outdoor sports to board games and educational activities, I enjoy a wide range of games and activities that promote learning and fun. As I transition out of my current nanny position, I'm excited to bring my wealth of experience and enthusiasm to a new childcare role.
