About Bianca

I have known Bianca personally for several years as both a Bow resident and due to her work with our son as part of the Recreation Department and as coach of the Track Team for several years. We first met Bianca when our son was young and involved in the Recreation Summer day camps, where Bianca was one of the camp counselors as a High School student. Our son took to her right away and it was clear from her interactions with him and the other kids, that she was great with kids, a natural so to speak and all the kids adored and looked forward to seeing her at camp every day and were sad to see at the end of each camp season as it was time to say goodbye to her! As our son grew, we have gotten to know Bianca on a more personal level as she took the position of coaching and administrating the Track boys and girls team. Again, she was great with the kids, but also showed in this position how organized she could be with regards to coordinating and managing 20-30+ kids of all ages. She was both their, coach, mentor and in some cases baby sitter. She definitely earned my wife s and my respect with how she could handle so many different personalities and always have a smile on her face. Bianca has always been someone we found very approachable and all kids seem to take too immediately. We consider her a good friend and it has been great watching her go form High School, to class President to adventures helping manage a very successful political campaign! Bianca also has taken on the role of tutoring our son in Spanish. He struggled very much with Spanish and was struggling in the course. We brought on Bianca as a tutor for his and in a relatively short time, she had given him techniques and knowledge to which he has been able to now do very well in his Spanish class. Her patience and ability to communicate effectively are great assets she uses and was able to apply to help our son succeed.
