As a mother of four and a passionate drama teacher, I've recently built a highly successful drama program at Venice High School in Los Angeles. I hold a B. A. in Theater from Loyola Marymount University and a Master's degree in Theater Arts from Cal State Northridge, which has provided me with a deep understanding of both the arts and education. We initial met Ms. Bianca through our local high school. She was an active and well loved English and Theatre teacher. During her time at the school she significantly grew the number of students active in plays and productions. My daughter also had her as an Honors English 10 teacher and learned so much about the art of story telling by analyzing great works. Ms. Bianca has a particularly strong ability to meet students where they are at -- either above grade level or below, allowing them to feel comfortable and therefore able to receive instruction and grow from that instruction. We are exceptionally grateful for Ms. Bianca's influence on our daughter's life!
