I was planning to work with Bhumika long term. She seemed like a nice and gentle person. We agreed on the terms during the interview, I ran the background check and hired her. She came twice. I explained everything to her. After 2 visits, she asked for additional benefits which were not in my budget. She quit, and I lost my time and the money.
