About Bhlessa

Hi! I recently completed my MA in Biblical Studies at Westminster Seminary in Escondido. I'm currently seeking opportunities to fill my hours while my husband finishes his studies. I helped take care of an elderly lady with dementia in her home for two years until she had to move to a care facility in July. I kept her company, went on walks with her, and assisted her with toileting, feeding, prompting medication, and personal grooming. I also helped her and her husband with housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation. I enjoyed being able to provide her with familial care and support her family in caring for her. I'd love to do more of this and expand my experience in caregiving.
