As a nurturing and responsible childcare provider with over three years of experience, I am passionate about supporting families and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children. My previous babysitting roles have allowed me to develop a deep appreciation for the positive impact I can make on children's lives. My patient and calm personality, coupled with my creativity and friendly nature, enables me to connect with children effortlessly. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them updated about their child's day through regular verbal communication at pickup and additional updates via text or phone call, depending on their preferred method. While I prefer not to enforce strict household rules, I gently guide children towards responsible behavior through positive reinforcement and age-appropriate expectations.
