As a caring and experienced childcare provider with five years of experience, I'm enthusiastic about nurturing young minds and fostering their growth. My passion for working with children stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of providing a safe and nurturing environment for kids to thrive. My patient and calm demeanor, coupled with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to connect easily with children of all ages. I have four daughters ages 16, 10, 8, and 4. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparent and open dialogue. I provide regular updates on their child's day, whether it's through verbal communication at pickup or via text or phone calls, depending on the parents' preferred method. While I firmly believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, I also gently guide children towards positive behaviors and responsible decision-making.
