I hadn’t realized I had scheduled Betty and got message a day ahead of my move. In my rush to cancel I accidentally listed cancellation reason as “sitter cancelled” when in fact I had cancelled. She is communicative and I hope at some time I’ll be able to book Betty as I can see she loves the pups!
