hello there, My name is Betty, I've been working as a nanny since 2014, 7 years of experiences now , when I started they were all part time jobs, ( 3 different families) which I still in contact. what I love about nanny is all the activities we can do together. I love children very much and I like to see them very happy, I like outside activities such as trips to the library, arts and crafts, picnics ( in the summer) , organized play dates, etc. But I also like to contribute to their education , homework and manners. I have experienced from new born to preschool children. I also worked for almost 3 years for another family unfortunately they moved out of NYC and I've been home since last Oct 2020. My current job is a part time Monday- Friday. I am looking for another part time on weekends .

I didn't imagine, when interviewing for a first nanny for my first child, that I would have met someone that has so positively shaped my son's life and enriched my own parenting. My son greets Betty with a huge smile. She's his best friend and is dedicated to the important influence of their bond. She works with experienced professionalism towards me, and with energetic levity towards him. She keeps constant, clear connection with him in English and Spanish, verbally and in song; prioritizes outdoor activities, new experiences, and play dates; works with him on motor skills and independence; prepares healthy meals; suggests timely ideas and purchases; and is so watchful and instructive that my son, at 14 months old, alerts me of objects he is careful of as he moves around the house. Betty is a trained medical professional with a clinical eye who also throws a perfect birthday party. She provides a full spectrum of care. I would have her continue with us if I at all could.
