Betty was our part time nanny for about 6 months. She watched our daughter from around 15 months until she was 21 months old. We had a change in our schedule which is why we no longer needed Betty's care. Betty was punctual, would always communicate how the day went (what activities they did, what food my daughter ate etc.). You can tell that Betty's experience has taught her a lot about what it takes to care for a toddler.
