If I could leave a 0 I would. Look at the other review as well. She did the same thing to us. We met on a Friday and we agreed for her to do a test run Tuesday. She spent time with me and my family and agreed that she was interested. There was a difference in the schedule then originally planned but if everything went well I was going to make it work with what she would be able to do. I contacted her at 8:30 pm on Monday night to confirm and that’s when she messaged me back stating that she went with another job. Which is ok but she wasn’t even going to write me or notify me that’s the problem here. We depend on caregivers to help us bc my mom takes more than one person to take care of her. This was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and UNPROFESSIONAL. - signed by daughter
