About Betsy

As a childcare provider with more than a decade of experience caring for children of all ages, I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, thrive and play. Currently I am available for occasional childcare; Please see my schedule for availability. I am available for up to 27 hrs/wk during summer 2025. I am currently employed full-time during the school year as a permanent substitute teacher for a local school district, and am the mother of one lovely boy. My patient, calm, and creative personality allows me to provide a nurturing, engaging, safe, and fun environment for children to feel safe and supported. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and am comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and harmonious environment. I am well-equipped to handle any situation that may arise. I can assist with tasks such as light cooking, meal preparation, transportation and errands.
