About Beth

As an unmarried woman with ADHD that went undiagnosed until a few years ago, I've spent a long time working to conquer my distaste for housekeeping. My struggles and the solutions I found led me to an interest in helping other women in a similar situation. There's a misconception that a woman with no spouse or children has it "easy." Life isn't easy for anyone! Married or unmarried, with children or without--all lifestyles come with problems. They're simply different problems. Adding depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or autism into the mix amps up the challenges. I'm a recently certified Organizational Specialist and am currently enrolled in a coaching program.
