I am an elementary school teacher for 38 years and retired. I love working with elderly and have a lot of patience . I had a foster grandmother for 10 years in my classroom. I have been helping an elderly friend for 2 years consistently with her personal affairs. I visit her weekly . I realized I should be doing this more as a career. I love cooking/shopping and would enjoy meal prep . I'm a people person and enjoy listening to older people . Friendly Happy Energized I like caring for seniors because I love being helpful. I'm looking for a job that will make me feel useful. I started caring for seniors as a kid. Loved helping my grandparents And parents. Helped a neighbor by cooking and visiting. I've been helping my elderly teacher friend , assisting her with healthcare, paying her bills , setting her up in an assisted living home I like to cook and garden . One thing you should know about me is I have a big heart ! My skills include cooking, chatting and keeping home tidy
