About Beth

As a nurturing and responsible caregiver, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. With five years of experience caring for children of various ages, I bring a blend of patience, creativity, and structure to my role. (I also have many years of childcare experience as a teen.) My training as an instructor has honed my ability to understand children's emotional needs and guide them within their limits. I maintain open communication with parents through regular updates. When it comes to household rules, I'm comfortable enforcing them consistently. My approach to childcare includes indoor and outdoor physical games, educational activities, and child-led interactions that promote conversation and decision-making. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience with age groups ranging from infants to preteens. Happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
