About Beth

I love children and have worked as a full-time Nanny for 4 years, plus part-time for another 6 years, with children varying in age from 3 months to 11 years old. I've taught in a Montessori school, worked at the Family Birth Center for 11 years, and am trained in CPR/First Aid and the skills of Love and Logic. I enjoy playing with children and getting silly, teaching them through fun activities, reading lots of books, and leading them in all kinds of crafts and cooking -- as well as tidying up afterwards. We'll go outdoors every day, take nature walks, collect rocks and leaves and flowers, and visit libraries and museums. We'll discover every playground within a 5 mile radius of your home and we'll switch it up for variety. The parents I've worked for will give you stellar references, and they consider me part of their families for life. I'm very health-oriented and have never smoked.
