Beth brought so much knowledge and skill into the situation when my husband was dying that she became the primary person I relied on. Therapeutic massage was only the beginning. Her extensive experience in hospice work and elder care meant that she knew what had to be done each time a crisis arose. She helped me understand how to deal with the medical system and the hospice workers and even the whole health insurance mess. Every time she came into my home, she gave me confidence and helped me feel like I could handle everything. She seemed to have a really accurate sense of what my husband needed at each stage of his journey, both physically and emotionally, and she opened up so much new awareness in me about how to help him along. It was a really hard time, but with her guidance our whole family managed much better than we otherwise would have. I feel like we were so lucky to have her.
