As a mother of two amazing humans and a very special son-in-law, a devoted wife, and a loving sister and daughter, family is at the heart of everything I do. I am a woman who is passionate about meeting new people, RVing, hiking, and exploring the beauty of the world we live in. But what really drives me is my commitment to helping others succeed. In 2015, I made a significant career shift to provide care for my aging parents. This experience not only deepened my commitment to elder care but also reinforced my passion for advocating for the aging process. I bring a wealth of experience in mindset and nutrition. My robust background in leadership development and life coaching enables me to connect with others. I love spending time with my1-year-old granddaughter.
