About Bethany

I'd describe my personality as bold, compassionate and joyfilled I like working with kids because I think kids are incredible. I have worked as a youth pastor for 4 years with ages 6th grade-Seniors in highschool, I've been a director of family camp for multiple summers. I worked in a preschool for several summers. In all of these roles I have found so much joy in being a part of kids growing as individuals and learning more about themselves and the world around them. I also think kids are hilarious. I'm looking for a job where I can love kids well and provide support for a family:) My skills include conflict management, flexibility and calmness in high stress environments and experience leading a variety of ages from children all the way to college students, and although I am not a teacher myself I have taught in many realms with my church staff position and I have tons of teachers in my family. I'm very familiar with the school systems and curriculum.
