About Bethany

I've spent the past two years working in assisted living and memory care settings, mainly doing life enrichment, social and emotional bonding, and utilizing personal relationships to accomplish activities of daily living and meet other goals with folks. I have found an unknown strength in connecting with folks with dementia and other cognitive ailments, and am well-versed in subtle behaviors and triggers for those with such diseases. My work learning about dementia types, therapy types, individual preferences and experiences, and intervention types has instilled in me an innate understanding of and love for our elders. I've had much luck in helping ease burdens of daily life in folks living with advanced cognitive and physical decline, and look forward to helping you and your loved one in this hardest transition. I am comfortable working in the home, visiting within a facility, and going out for errands, appointments, exercise etc, as well as all activities of daily living.
