I've worked as a residential support staff and caregiver for 3 adult individuals with both physical and mental disabilities full time for the last 2 years. Each individual has their own unique needs and it has been my job to provide them each with the best care possible while supporting them with compassion and positive reinforcement to help them achieve new goals structured to their own personal circumstances and abilities while maintaining a professional relationship with each person. I love the work I've done so far and I have been greatly rewarded by seeing the impact and personal growth that my care has brought to these people and I can't wait to work with you and your loved one next!
