I'm a creative and friendly caregiver with 20 years of experience. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development and love the positive impact I have on their lives. I also support families by providing them with a reliable childcare option. My approach to childcare is centered around open communication with parents. At pick-up, I provide verbal updates and regularly send text or phone call updates. I follow the parent's preferred communication method to ensure they are fully informed about their child's day. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to create a safe and structured environment. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps. I believe play is an essential part of learning and development. I have completed coursework in early child development and hold current certifications in First Aid and CPR training.
