About Beronica

I'd describe my personality as patient, calm and resourceful. I like working with kids because it is an awesome experience getting to witness them become more and more themselves over each passing month and year. They're so sweet, cuddly and full of wonder. I love celebrating all of their milestones and seeing them become more confident with each one reached. I started working with kids when I was a teenager (younger if you count that I'm the eldest of six & helped care for my siblings) and have been caring for children of various ages for 25 years now. In my spare time, I like to read, listen/ dance to music, picnic, hike, travel and be in nature [i. e parks, lakes, beaches] as much as possible. One thing you should know about me is I'm respectful of each family's privacy and of course expect the same in return. My skills include good storyteller/book reader, calming babies/tots & able to see things from their perspective/communicate with them in a way that they can understand.
