I want to give Bernice five stars although due to scheduling issues we did not end up using her as a caregiver. Our process of interviewing showed us that she is extremely medically knowledgeable, professional, polite , respectful, psychologically aware and sensitive, has a warm sense of humor, connects well, and is thoughtful and organized in approaching the care she can give. Unfortunately we could not use her but our interview interactions left us highly impressed which I wanted to acknowledge with the five stars.
