About Bernadette

Hi! I am a NYS certified Social Studies teacher currently pursuing a Master's degree and additional certification in Literacy from the University of Albany online. I have extensive experience working with students of all ages especially working closely with High School students preparing for the NYS Regents History exams. My studies of literacy have allowed me to become well-versed in the skills necessary to help struggling readers and writers in a variety of disciplines, especially English Language Arts. I am an enthusiastic teacher who loves to make a connection with my students while helping them to excel academically!
