Bernice helped out when we were visiting the area for the Coachella Music Festival. She was super flexible with the unpredictable nature of this event. Our 9 year old was initially not too happy to be without mom, but Berenice made him feel comfortable and loved very quickly. She was very patient with him and very quickly adapted to his specific needs. She is super sweet and patient. We will contact her again next year! Thanks so much Berenice!
