For all the families looking to make this difficult time work, I am remorseful to say I am working full time with a family and do not yet know how to disable my profile from view. I wish you all unerring success in your searches. Love and respect- Ben I have had over 10 years working professionally with children, 4 at the YMCA, 3 with My Gym and 6 years as an in home "manny". I have always just been happier teaching and nurturing kids whether it was teaching guitar or forward roll saftly, and I am looking for a family that would benefit from a highly educated and well rounded male role model who is happy to be a part of your family dynamic

To Whom It May Concern, It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Ben, who has been an incredible presence in our lives. Over the time Ben has spent with our family, his genuine care, patience, and creativity have shone through in countless ways, making him an ideal candidate for a role as a nanny. Ben is not just a nanny to us; he has truly become family. His presence in our home has been one of warmth, consistency, and love, seamlessly blending into our lives and becoming someone, we deeply rely on and care about. He treats our children with a level of dedication that goes beyond professional obligation, showing genuine affection and understanding in every interaction. Ben has been a steady, compassionate figure through all our family's highs and lows and saying goodbye feels like bidding farewell to a beloved family member. Any family who welcomes Ben into their lives will be gaining someone extraordinary. One memory that really stands out, and was the foundation to the bond he built with our children is the way he shared music with our 2-year-old daughter who has sensory processing struggles. He was just starting with us and decided to sit down at the piano with her and played "Let It Be" by the Beatles. Our daughter, who at the time was still learning to find her voice, sat in his lap as he played, joining in with him as best she could. Music is a language that speaks to her, and he was able to help her feel so safe and comfortable in that moment. Since that night, the song has become her favorite, and she now sings it every evening at bathtime, it brings her comfort when she's upset, and it’s a reminder of the sense of safety and love that Ben has brought to our home. Ben has also been incredible at balancing the different needs of our children. From the time our youngest was just 3 months old, he’s been there with the sweetest snuggles and soothing care, making sure the baby feels secure and loved. At the same time, he has provided thoughtful and patient support to our 2-year-old, especially when she was struggling the most. Ben’s ability to help her manage those challenges while still making sure both children feel equally cared for is remarkable and speaks to his ability to handle the demands of a busy household with love and grace. I never saw a moment of lost patience; rather he handled every difficult time with grace, kindness, and often creatively finagled a solution. Beyond his nurturing abilities, Ben has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to foster children’s emotional well-being while encouraging their independence. His dedication to providing a nurturing and safe environment is unparalleled, and I believe he would be an invaluable addition to any family. In addition to his childcare expertise, Ben has seamlessly managed many of our household responsibilities. He’s incredibly organized and attentive to detail, keeping track of schedules, preparing meals, and ensuring the house runs smoothly. Whether it’s managing appointments, arranging activities, or simply making sure the day flows without stress, Ben’s ability to multitask and handle the logistics of a busy family has been invaluable. His house-managing skills ensure that our home is always a place of calm and order, even amidst the usual chaos of life with young children. Ben has truly become a part of our family during his time with us. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye as he prepares to move across the country. We are incredibly grateful for the love and care he has shown our children, and we know that any family who has the opportunity to welcome him into their home will be just as lucky as we’ve been. We wish him nothing but the best in this next chapter, and we are confident that he will continue to make a positive and lasting impact wherever he goes. Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions about Ben’s qualifications.
