Hi, I've worked with two families, with a total of 5 years experience, taking care of the elderly/seniors. My chores have been every day's needs such as cooking lite meals like breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner. Assistance with giving baths and dressing. Taking vital signs and, record keeping. Light housekeeping such as sweeping, dishwashing, laundry, changing beds with clean sheets and clean bathroom. And, grocery shopping. I enjoy caring for seniors because they have a wealth of knowledge and I also share my experiences with them, this makes for great conversations between us and I love it. Both of my clients had lite dementia, therefore I'm familiar with the symptoms.
