Being a mother of three boys (19, 17, and 8) has earned me a lot of experience but I also have experience working in a family daycare center and Head Start. My full time is as Supervisor of Education, and I worked as a Teacher to not so littles for 6 years. I have an MA fromBall State University in Educational Psychology. Through my education, I have learned more about proper communication , education techniques, and how children develop and why they behave the way they do.
