As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I'm passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering their development. With over three years of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting families and providing reliable care for children aged four to 11. My journey into childcare was inspired by my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my love for caring for children and helping them grow. My patient and calm personality, coupled with my friendly and approachable demeanor, allows me to connect easily with children and create a warm and nurturing environment. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, to ensure everyone is on the same page. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner, ensuring that children understand the importance of following them.
