My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered the immense joy in caring for young minds. I thrive in a creative environment, filled with imagination and learning opportunities. As a patient and friendly individual, I believe in open and honest communication with parents. Whether through verbal updates at pickup, regular text messages, or phone calls, I ensure that parents are always informed about their child's day and any matters that arise. I understand the importance of consistency and respect in childcare. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I also believe in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported yet comfortable enough to be themselves. i've been dancing and cheering for 10 years and have coached with kids for the last 3 years! I enjoy being around kids and caring for them immensely.
