I have taken a break and worked other jobs as I started navigating motherhood. The longest job I had was with twin boys for 2 years until they started school. I've been the go-to baby sitter for 4 families. I love working with kids and my approach is trying to understand them more than judging them for being "bad". I think it's important to give them the opportunity to express themselves (however they possibly can at their specific age) and go from there.
