With my current job, I work one on one with kids with a developmental disability as a habitation technician. I work with three cases presently, two kids with autism and one undiagnosed. From working with these three great kids, I am gaining much experience with disabilities in a broad spectrum. I have really enjoyed working in this area so far because I think that I have a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of those who really need it. Right now I am just looking to pick up a few more areas to provide some additional income.
