Hello parents, I'm interested in helping with your special needs child on call. Please note that I literally will not schedule anything more than 2 hours in advance. I have cared for people with autism, MR, cerebral palsy, and Angel man's syndrome. (cerebral palsy adult, others children) My nephew was recently diagnosed with autism. No lifting and the child must not be aggressive. I've worked with typical and special needs children. - mother's helper - as needed, date night, scheduled sitter - school secretary - church nursery & classroom worker I've also helped special needs parents find sitters when I wasn't able to help them myself and as a representative for a special needs sitting service. Please note that I am available on call and do not schedule anything. This makes me a great backup and/or someone to contact when you're up to going out. Everything is done last minute. We do need to meet ahead of time so that we're all set for when things come up.
