Hello! I am Hailey! I have recently become a certified PCA (Personal Care Assistant) and am interested/wanting to work with kids with special needs! I am young so I do not know everything - but I am willing to sit down and come up with a care plan. I currently work but am looking to be a full time nanny. I babysit when I can and how several references. I hope to hear from you soon! In addition to, I also currently work with a kiddo with Down syndrome, muscular and limes disease. Since working with this kiddo, I have gained experience with behavioral, speech and physical therapies. I do also have my personal care assistant certificate

Hailey is simply amazing!! My some struggles with many special needs including ADHD, ODD and severe anxiety. Hailey is patient, kind and understands the needs of her clients. We have grown to love Hailey and she is part of the family. With her help my son got his grades from not passing at all to the B honor roll!!!! Highly recommend!
