About Hailey

My name is Hailey, I am 22 years old and studying forensic psychology at the University of North Dakota. I have been nannying since I was 14 years old, and overall just love being around kids. Experience: I have worked with many different types of families and kiddos throughout the years. Part of that experience includes a 5-year-old with Down syndrome who is nonverbal. Within this position I administered medication, tracked calories and mood, and even got trainings in behavioral, speech and physical therapy when COVID hit. Aside from that, I am also familiar with transporting kids to and from activities, taking them to different playgrounds/fun age-appropriate activities, teaching them sign language and Spanish, and introducing all sorts of stimulating and educational forms of play.
