I have 10+ years of experience babysitting, nannying, and working with kids in a social work setting. I am comfortable with kids of all ages and abilities; I value educational play, interpersonal skill building, and role modeling consent and mutually respectful communication. I value getting kids involved in (socially distant) community activities, especially those focused on social justice and enhancement as well as at-home play. In regards to pandemic safety, I am fully vaccinated and have received my booster shot, as well. I am comfortable wearing a mask inside the home, wash my hands and sanitize regularly, and would be happy to provide a negative COVID test at your request. Beck was the best babysitter/friend-who-became-like-family that we've ever had. She was always caring, fun, responsible, thoughtful, and "present* with our kids. She truly enjoyed being with them and coming up with creative activities and interesting topics to engage them in conversation. She's a true gem and even though our kids don't need a babysitter anymore, she'll always be part of our family. We highly recommend her to yours!
