I have been a Respite Caregiver at the ARC of San Diego 2009 to the present. I have experience with youth, teens. Adults and seniors. I've worked bedside for the past two years. I can test blood glucose, administer insulin, give a sponge baths, change, adult diapers I worked with a down syndrome, ADULT taking her out into the community, as well as working at the table with games, puzzles, reading, and spelling, an artwork. I have cared for a nonverbal autistic child for 10years, ages, 3 to 14. My skills include behavioral therapy, feeding, changing, dressing, grooming and hygiene. I also enjoy taking my customers out into the community. My passion is advocacy for adults, and children with special needs. I enjoy helping your loved one be cared for as you would want them to be treated.
