Beatriz seems very nice. We had a good exchange before setting up an interview. Unfortunately, she did not show up for the interview or respond to my messages after. Interviewing people is time consuming and short of an emergency, I would expect the courtesy of letting me know if she couldn’t make a time she agreed to. I hope that her absence was not the result of an emergency and if it is wasn’t, I hope she will be more respectful of people’s time going forward.
