Beatriz is very reliable, she always show up early and waits in her car before her scheduled work time. Living in LA I think that's a very good practice to have and it made her stand out from other nannies we've had. She attended to feeding and cleaning up after my Yorkshire Terrier as well as my 1yr old boy. She always did the dishes, vacuumed and kept his areas of the house tidy after playing. She worked with us for 6 months and was a great asset to the team we had caring for our boy. She has a great attitude and was always happy. The only reason she's no longer employed by us is because we have another baby on the way and we have a new nanny starting that is prepared for the challenge and has car seats ready for travel to and from day-care for the oldest.
