What I liked about Beatrice is that she was right by my husband’s side, so that she could tend to his needs. He is bed ridden and has extreme difficulty communicating his needs. She is very attentive and watchful as he is in need of comfort care. Her experience is evident and she has no problem meeting a challenge when it comes to moving / transferring or repositioning him. She also follows his care plan and actually does what has been requested/ required of her by her clients. I have had multiple caregivers come in and most of them are too busy on their phones, can’t use common sense and require repeated help or don’t have the confidence, initiative or desire to really care for the patient. Beatrice is truly a gem!
