We had an interview with Beatrice over the phone and arranged a meeting in person. She failed to show up to the meeting in person and did not reach out to us to let us know she would not be coming. She also did not respond to any of our messages asking if she was coming. Beatrice is not dependable and would likely not show up or quit the job unexpectedly.
