About Baylee

I've spent four years as a childcare provider, and I'm passionate about helping children learn and grow. I've had the pleasure of working with children of all ages, and I'm comfortable caring for up to four children at a time. My experience includes working as a preschool teacher, where I developed my skills in teaching and leading children. I'm patient, calm, and creative, and I love playing games with children, both educational and just plain fun! I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents about their child's day or any issues that arise. I believe that every child is unique and deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential.
