As a formally trained childcare provider with six years of experience, I've helped families by providing a dependable and nurturing environment for their children. My passion for caring for children began with my previous babysitting roles, which inspired me to pursue a career where I could have a positive impact on their lives. I believe that effective communication is key to building strong relationships with parents. I provide written daily reports and ensure open lines of communication at pickup, but I'm also more than happy to adapt to the parents' preferred communication method. In my experience, children thrive in environments that provide structure and consistency. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
