Based on our conversations I can say Baylee seemed like a nice person and I was looking forward to meeting her. I hired Baylee to assist me with my two children while I returned to work for one day a week. We planned everything on 3/8/2022 and confirmed everything. Baylee even responded to my job for spring break that I had open and we agreed on that. I confirmed the one day a week would start today 7:30am and would be recurring every Wednesday. I texted Baylee on 3/15/2022 just to prepare her before we meet in person. Baylee never responded. During our conversations via chat she was very responsive but she did not respond to me via text and this sent red flags. I had an uneasy feeling and started to feel she may not show as the day went on. Today, the day she was supposed to start, I hadn't heard from her or anything. 7:30am has come and gone and still no word. Good thing my job is understanding but this was a huge inconvenience. I do hope she is okay and well.
