Baylee is amazing!! She has watched my kids for years. I trust her with my kids more than I trust my own family members. She follows schedules/routines. She also cooks, cleans, laundry… does it all. My daughter is very particular with people and she loves Baylee. She has a lot of experience with newborns, toddlers, kids.
