About Baylee

Hi! I'm Baylee, I'm 28 years old. I am a compassionate and experienced childcare provider with a passion for helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I have six years of experience caring for children of all ages and have taken early child development coursework. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to explore, play, and reach their full potential. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and follow the parents' lead in this regard. Currently I work full time at a foster care agency, and would love hours after 4 p.m. until whenever you decide you don't need me anymore. If this sounds like a good fit, please let me know!
