I have Alzheimer's and dementia experience Hospice experience I've worked on a lock units I currently work for St Lukes Hospital as a PCA I have my CNA and CPR with BLS training Bathing, grooming and hair washing necessary for personal hygiene Turning and position of my patients Dressing or undressing my patients and assistance with eating I can assist with medications Experienced in 1 to 1 supervision Helpful problem solver Physical therapy experience Redirection and intervention for behavior Appropriate reporting of changes in patients status Excellent customer service and listening skills excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to read and write clear English. Occasionally lifting patients 400lbs or more. movements such as crouching, bending, kneeling, climbing I spend majority of the workday standing and walking, with occasional sitting.
