About Barrett

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, patient, and flexible. I think outside the box to tackle the demands that come up in one to one working situations I have over 20 years experience working with seniors in private residences and assisted living facilities. I provide individualized and empathetic care and I'm committed to supporting a persons autonomy, dignity, and quality of living. I love caring for seniors as I deeply value the positive reciprocal relationship that grows from working with people in this stage of life. I have a BS of Health and Wellness and will incorporate functional fitness and nutrition to maintain and improve your loved one's quality of life. In my spare time, I like to play ball at the beach with my dogs, practice yoga, cycle, and volunteer with my neighborhood emergency response team.
