Barbara took care of my 89 year old mother for a little over a year. She provided wonderful companionship and excellent care during that time. She prepared her breakfast, lunch, and would prep a small meal for dinner. She handled all her medication and ensured they were taken when prescribed. She would take her out to activities at the local senior center, on brief shopping trips, and visiting with friends. My mother suffered from a macular degeneration and hearing loss, as well as the beginning stages of dementia. Barbara would read to her and they would talk about my mom's past because her memories of those times were still very clear. She cared for my mother until she passed away. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, attentive, and overall wonderful companion for a senior citizen.
